Our Integrated Recovery Program offers a supportive community outpatient experience designed for individuals ready to reclaim their lives from substance use. Our program offers different levels of services including but not limited to Intensive Outpatient Services, trauma informed care, parenting support and holistic services centered on rebuilding stability and wellness.

- 12 week IOP track
- 1:1 counseling

Family Focused Recovery/Holistic Services
- Parenting classes
- Yoga, mindfulness, and expressive arts
Case Management Services
- Support with referrals for housing, food, clothing and transportation
Peer and 12-Step Support
- Weekly Peer-led groups
- AA/Al-Anon meetings

Patient Admission Criteria
All services are provided at no cost to you
- Age: Adults 18 years and older
- Residency: Must reside in New Mexico
- Primary Diagnosis: Meets criteria for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
- Mental Health Needs: May also have co-occurring mental health conditions (must be stable enough for outpatient treatment; not requiring psychiatric
hospitalization) - Pregnant Women: Pregnant women with SUD are given admission priority in compliance with federal and state requirements
- Functional Ability: Must be ambulatory and able to participate in group and individual services
- Willingness to Engage: Demonstrates readiness and willingness to participate in recovery services
