To nurture the healing ministry of the Church. Fidelity to the Gospel urges us
to emphasize human dignity and social justice as we move toward the
creation of healthier communities.

Our Focus
St. Joseph Community Health is engaged in work that will insure
New Mexico children reach kindergarten with the health and
family support necessary to support learning.
Three primary strategies support this goal:

• Advocacy;

• Increase the capacity of families to
  parent, through a home visiting program;

• Increase utilization of appropriate services,
  through an enhanced referral program
